Ingredients
- Wheat noodles – 250g
- Chicken mince – 200g (or beef)
- Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
- Sesame paste or peanut butter – 1 tbsp
- Hot water – 2 tbsp
- Spring onions – 2 tbsp, chopped
- Gsons Hot Garlic – 2–3 tbsp
- Salt & pepper to taste
Method
- Cook noodles and set aside.
- In a pan, sauté minced chicken with salt and pepper until golden.
- In a bowl, whisk together: Hot Garlic, soy sauce, sesame paste, and a splash of hot water to loosen.
- Add noodles into the bowl and mix until fully coated.
- Top with minced chicken and extra Hot Garlic.
- Finish with spring onions.
