Ingredients
- Cooked rice – 3 cups (preferably day-old)
- Chicken or prawns – 150g (optional)
- Onion – ½, chopped
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
- Sweet soy sauce (kecap manis) – 1 tbsp
- (optional but recommended)
- Egg – 1
- Gsons Hot Garlic – 2–3 tbsp
- Spring onions – for garnish
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat oil + 1 tbsp Hot Garlic, fry garlic and onion.
- Add chicken/prawns if using and cook.
- Push to the sidePush to the side; scramble the egg.scramble the egg.
- Add rice, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, and salt.
- Toss on high heat for 1–2 minutes.
- Finish with more Hot Garlic and spring onions.
